  • 80,000 , depending on experience Performance bonus: up to 10-15% of base , tied to growth and retention targets About Flowers Valley Flowers Valley is a premium floral studio in Concord, CA serving the Bay Area with luxury flower delivery, weddings, and corporate events.
Our clients include Nvidia, Google, Uber, Pinterest, and Tiffany & Co. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to build a simple, reliable marketing engine around our core: luxury flower delivery. You are the growth marketer for Flowers Valley. Your job is to grow profitable local delivery and increase customer lifetime value, while also supporting our weddings and corporate event business with smart, targeted marketing. As delivery grows, you'll have the opportunity to build out the marketing team under you The Role Your main goals: Get more profitable local flower delivery customers Turn one‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers Support weddings and corporate with effective leads and nurture You own the plan and the key numbers. You'll work with a media buyer, social coordinator, and occasional SEO/Shopify/Squarespace support — but this is a hands-on role. You'll be doing a lot of the work yourself, not just delegating. Flower delivery is your primary focus, but you'll also create and run marketing that keeps us top‑of‑mind for weddings and corporate clients. What You'll Do Growth Strategy (Delivery First, Weddings/Corporate Supported) Build and run the growth plan for local flower delivery in the Bay Area Support weddings and corporate by ensuring we have consistent visibility, lead capture, and nurture in those segments Focus on a few high-impact channels instead of trying to do everything Acquisition & Conversion Lead strategy and performance for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile in partnership with our media buyer Use GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Shopify reports to find funnel drop-offs and improve website conversion Retention & Lifetime Value Create offers, simple loyalty mechanics, and subscription pushes to increase LTV for delivery customers Plan and run regular promotions and reactivation campaigns to our existing customers and email list Content & Creative Develop campaign concepts and create the assets: ad creatives, emails, landing pages, and key social posts that support your campaigns (delivery, weddings, and corporate) Email Marketing (Delivery, Weddings, Corporate) Improve and expand flows (welcome, post‑purchase, winback, holiday) for our delivery customers Plan and send segmented campaign emails for: Key gifting moments and holidays (delivery) Wedding and event planning seasons Corporate gifting and event touchpoints SEO & Website Direction (Shopify & Squarespace) Work with SEO and web partners so their work supports your revenue goals Guide updates to product pages, collections, landing pages, and key content across our Shopify store and Squarespace site to improve performance Brand & Reputation Grow Google and Yelp reviews with simple, repeatable processes Plan occasional workshops, showcases, and community events that put Flowers Valley in front of high‑value local audiences (including planners and corporate decision makers) Your KPIs You'll report weekly on: Local flower delivery revenue and growth CAC and ROAS from Google and Meta Website conversion rate for delivery Email‑driven revenue and repeat purchase rate New reviews per week on Google and Yelp Lead volume and basic funnel metrics for weddings and corporate (inquiries, consults booked) Who You Are 3-7 years in growth or digital marketing with clear revenue impact Comfortable owning acquisition and retention for a brand, not just isolated campaigns Strong with both numbers and creative: you've improved ROAS, CAC, and retention before Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Squarespace (CMS), GA4, Klaviyo (or similar), and basic SEO Experienced managing freelancers/specialists and keeping them focused on results Comfortable using AI tools
