Life:
The Marketing Operations Project Manager manages and coordinates the end‑to‑end lifecycle of The Americas marketing contracts through the Conga system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely approvals, and proper execution. This role serves as the central liaison between Marketing, Legal, and stakeholders while maintaining contract records, reporting, and training to support efficient and compliant marketing operations.
The Impact You'll Make:
Review the Conga front-end approval queue to identify new requests, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and compliant before routing to the appropriate person for approval. Serve as the primary liaison between the Legal department and Marketing team, ensuring clear communication and timely alignment on agreement-related matters. Distribute marketing agreements for internal review and approval. Conduct quality and complete reviews of agreement drafts to confirm all required deliverables were addressed during the initial business review. Communicate legal revisions, comments, and redlines with the Legal department and coordinate translation requests as needed to obtain the final clean version of the agreement. Support end-to-end management of the company's marketing contracts in Conga by applying best contract management practices, including tracking, managing end dates, and maintaining accurate account records (athletes, vendors, etc.). Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Consistently available on Teams to promptly address quick questions from the marketing & legal teams. Coordinate and schedule meetings with key stakeholders as needed to address and resolve outstanding issues/questions. Attend meetings as requested by the Marketing team to provide guidance, support, and subject‑matter expertise as needed. Review daily calendar and proactively prepare for upcoming meetings, including advance review and final preparation prior to each call. Prepare and distribute a weekly agreement status report every Friday to the teams, highlighting agreements pending signature. Create and generate reports on an as‑needed basis in response to requests from the team. Prepare and run monthly reports covering agency partnerships and athlete/ambassador agreements. Support in the creation and refinement of training decks. Assist the legal department with template form testing
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or relevant field preferred. 1+ years of project management experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues For United States applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
