Job Summary As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will bring exceptional organizational skills, strong project management capabilities, operational discipline, and a passion for creating structure that drives results. This role is responsible for building the systems, workflows, and processes that keep the Marketing department operating efficiently while ensuring campaigns, projects, and initiatives move seamlessly from planning through execution. To be successful in this role, you will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and follow-through. The ideal candidate thrives behind the scenes, enjoys improving processes, and excels at creating clarity and accountability across teams and projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and deliverables. If this sounds like you, read on! Skills & Qualifications Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to maintain accuracy across campaigns, assets, reporting, and project deliverables. Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, workflows, timelines, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across teams, vendors, and business partners. Experience managing marketing resources, collateral, asset libraries, templates, and departmental processes. Familiarity with CRM systems, website coordination, reporting tools, project management platforms, and marketing technology. Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational solutions that increase efficiency and consistency. Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across departments. Experience within hospitality, events, catering, venues, lifestyle brands, or related industries preferred. Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, campaign coordination, or a related field. Key Responsibilities Create organization, structure, and operational consistency across the Marketing department. Coordinate workflows, timelines, implementation support, and campaign execution continuity. Direct campaign rollout coordination, ensuring deliverables move smoothly from planning into execution across teams and channels. Manage collateral, templates, resource libraries, marketing assets, and campaign materials. Support CRM administration, reporting processes, website coordination, and operational upkeep. Maintain project tracking systems and provide visibility into campaign status, deadlines, and deliverables. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of marketing initiatives. Improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across projects, campaigns, and teams. Support marketing leadership with operational planning, reporting, and department infrastructure.
