We're a creative and experiential marketing agency producing unforgettable brand experiences for major brands, specializing in live events, A/V production, integrated campaigns, digital engagement, social amplification, creative design, and sales enablement strategies that drive measurable business impact. We're expanding our team and looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing based in Southern California. This is a high-impact strategic role for a talented client-facing strategist who thrives on building integrated experiential campaigns that blend events, A/V, digital, social, creative, incentives, and sales enablement, reporting to the VP, Marketing. As our Senior Manager, Marketing, you will act as a key client-facing strategist and day-to-day strategic resource, helping frame and deliver compelling, multi-channel solutions that win new business and drive results. We're looking for a proactive, insightful leader who can translate client objectives into holistic experience architectures, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to both strategy and growth initiatives. What You'll Do Serve as a key client-facing strategist, providing guidance on the execution and optimization of integrated experiential campaigns Partner with the sales team to frame opportunities, develop proposal strategies, and support pitches with compelling integrated approaches Translate client business objectives into actionable, insight-driven strategies grounded in research, audience data, competitive analysis, and performance insights Design holistic client strategies and attendee/stakeholder journey architectures incorporating events, hybrid experiences, A/V design & production, digital extensions, social amplification, creative/graphic design, incentives, and brand activations Collaborate closely with Creative Design, Social & Digital, Operations, Events, and A/V teams to ensure strategic vision translates into high-quality execution Review and support the development of creative briefs and provide strategic direction from ideation through execution, including messaging refinement and quality reviews Establish KPIs, conversion goals, and success metrics across the customer journey Contribute to sales enablement by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and crafting strong RFP responses Support innovation, thought leadership, and process improvements to help scale the agency's capabilities Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Operations team to ensure seamless delivery, project management, and execution. Provide mentorship and guidance to Marketing Associates and teams within the organization. What We're Looking For 5-9+ years of progressive experience in experiential marketing, brand strategy, or integrated multi-channel campaigns (agency-side experience strongly preferred) Proven track record delivering billable client strategy work and supporting complex, full-funnel experiential solutions with measurable results Strong client engagement and presentation skills with the ability to confidently articulate integrated campaign approaches Experience collaborating across creative, digital, social, operations, and sales teams in a fast-paced agency environment Solid knowledge across events, A/V, digital/social, creative services, and sales enablement ecosystems Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent strategic thinking, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and influence without direct authority Proficient with: Monday.com, AI tools, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite.
