Localization Manager, Services Marketing Culver City, California, United States Marketing Summary Posted:
May 04, 2026Role Number:
200660952-0670 The people here at Apple don't just create products — they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries. It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Manager to lead our Marketing Localization team responsible for bringing Apple Services marketing voice to life across 50+ languages and 175+ markets. The work spans the full breadth of marketing deliverables: from in-app and on-platform experiences to out-of-home campaigns, push notifications, print, and digital — ensuring every asset, in every market, is compelling in the local language and to the target audience. Description This is a leadership role at the intersection of Marcom, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, AI/ML and Engineering. You'll oversee a team of Localization Managers and Producers, serve as the strategic localization partner to 15+ cross-functional teams, and help shape how Apple Services communicates globally — at scale and with care. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Localization Managers and Producers across multiple Apple Services lines of business including Apple Music, App Store, Apple TV, Apple Podcasts, iCloud, Creators Studio, Payments & Commerce, and Apple Maps — guiding complex, creative marketing projects from concept to go-live. Serve as the senior localization partner to Marcom, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, Engineering, and Worldwide Product Marketing teams. Represent the team in cross-functional marketing forums and executive stakeholder discussions. Own the team's operational health — including processes, tooling, quality standards, and capacity planning— ensuring the team can deliver high quality creative and localization at the speed and scale Apple demands. Partner closely with Apple's internal AI/ML and engineering teams to shape tools and workflows that reflect real marketing localization needs — and lead the team's adoption of new technologies, setting the pace for how the team innovates. Ensure localized assets don't just translate — they resonate. Champion the creative and cultural intent behind campaigns so content feels native to each market, not adapted from another. Oversee bespoke marketing localization requests that go beyond standard platform language support, including OOH, print, digital, and push notifications. Guide expansion efforts in partnership with regional and product stakeholders. Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and enable the team to scale — without compromising quality. Bridge internal Globalization goals with Apple's broader marketing strategy, maintaining alignment as both evolve. Minimum Qualifications 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including 6 years+ demonstrated experience leading multiple high-performing teams. Direct experience in international marketing, creative localization and/or marketing operations. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position. Role requires quarterly domestic travel; occasional international travel. Preferred Qualifications Strong operational and technical skillset, with a track record of optimizing complex, high-volume workflows — and the technical fluency to partner with AI/ML and other engineering teams to build the tools and systems that deliver quality localization at speed and scale, without compromising quality. Proven ability to align localization strategy with business priorities and engage effectively with diverse business units and stakeholders. Experience working collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects. Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, build consensus amidst ambiguity, and foster trust across teams and levels. Strong track record of prioritizing, making decisions quickly and changing course when needed. Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and proactively search for ways to scale with limited resources. A high degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with teams across the globe. Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware (MacOS, iOS, Apple Music, App Store, Apple Podcasts, Apple TV, etc.). Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $338,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.Note:
