  • Key Responsibilities:
  • MarTech Visionary
  • : Develop and steer the strategic roadmap for marketing technology, encompassing the evaluation of emerging technologies, architectural design, and proactive identification of potential risks or gaps.
  • Strategic Investment Lead
  • : Guide capital planning initiatives, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to define precise requirements and oversee the development of robust solutions.
  • Data Architecture & Integration Expert
  • : Design and implement sophisticated data architectures, build efficient ETL pipelines, and manage critical API integrations. You will optimize platform performance using SQL, ensuring impeccable data quality, stringent governance, and full privacy compliance.
  • Platform & Vendor Steward
  • : Provide end-to-end oversight of marketing platforms, from initial selection and configuration to seamless integration and continuous optimization, including spearheading custom development efforts when necessary.

Schedule:
In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
Pay Comments:
W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match Background screening required
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of dedicated experience in MarTech strategy, integration, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated strong experience with data architecture, ETL processes, and SQL.
  • Proven experience with API-driven integrations and a solid understanding of data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience, including leadership roles in MarTech architecture.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable, in-house MarTech solutions.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, data warehousing, and advanced analytics/machine learning.
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
