What you´ll do Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° go-to-market strategies, leading national activations, channel initiatives, and customer-specific programs across professional and specialty retail channels aligned with business objectives and brand priorities Own the annual promotional strategy, architecture, and calendar across professional and specialty retail channels and customers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, revenue targets, profitability objectives, and strong execution Identify customer-specific opportunities and commercial white spaces to unlock incremental growth and strengthen competitive advantage Act as strategic cross-functional leader connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Education, and external partners to drive alignment and execution excellence Leverage customer insights, business performance, category trends, and promotional ROI analysis to continuously optimize trade and go-to-market strategies across channels Own development and phasing of trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation against strategic priorities and business objectives Lead Trade Media planning and execution across key channels and customers to maximize visibility and commercial impact Define and monitor key trade marketing performance metrics, including sell-in, sell-through, depletion, promotional ROI, and customer productivity Drive programs to reduce excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring visibility, stakeholder engagement, and timely action plans Manage and develop the Trade Marketing team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and talent development What makes you a good fit 7+ years' experience in Marketing, specifically in the beauty industry Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar; MBA preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; PowerPoint and Excel Experience in brand development and activations Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets Curious and passionate about following beauty or industry-relevant trends Preferred experience in eCommerce Specialty retail experience is a plus Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
