Requirements:
Must have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field, and must have managerial skills in supervising professional staff and coordinating external service providers, with demonstrated efficiency, integrity, diligence, and sound judgment. Experience in industrial air filtration products, including applications in commercial buildings, food processing, automotive service, and light industrial environments, is preferable.Duties:
Report directly to the President of the company and manage the Marketing section as a functional manager. Supervise one internal professional staff member who provides accounting and market research support, and manage working relationships with external marketing agencies, branding and public relations firms, and third-party warehouse operators engaged by the company. Organize and oversee the collection, compilation, and analysis of U.S. market data related to industrial air filtration products,including customer demand, industry applications,competitive conditions, and regional market trends. Lead market research initiatives aimed at identifying target customer groups, potential buyers, and growth opportunities in the U.S. market. Conduct pricing-related analysis and prepare recommended pricing tables and pricing frameworks for pre-efficiency, medium-efficiency, and high-efficiency air filtration products for management review and approval. Coordinate with professional market research firms engaged by the company to obtain customer and industry data, and manage the interpretation and internal distribution of such data for use by sales and business development personnel. Consolidate market intelligence, pricing analysis, and customer insights, and communicate relevant findings to internal sales staff and external partners to support business development, pricing decisions, and commercial planning. Prior to his/her employment, we plan to hire a professional market research firm to acquire data regarding potential customers. In this case, this candidate should possess professional skills in managing the team to compile, interpret, and analyze the selected data for the internal and outside sales employees to use directly under specific criteria. The Marketing Research and Analysis Manager directs and manages market research and pricing analysis activities focused on the company's initial U.S. market entry in Southern California, with particular emphasis on the San Gabriel Valley and Greater Los Angeles area. In this role, the manager supervises one internal professional staff member responsible for execution-level data collection and preliminary analysis, and coordinates with external marketing agencies, branding firms, and third-party service providers engaged by the company. These resources support the collection of market data,customer insights, promotional feedback, and regional logistics information relevant to the U.S. air filtration market. Building on this execution-level work, the Marketing Research and Analysis Manager integrates market intelligence, pricing analyses, customer demand patterns, and competitive information into analytical materials for Ms. Li's review. These materials provide Ms. Li with a structured basis for management-level decision-making regarding market entry priorities in the Greater Los Angeles area, pricing and revenue strategy for different efficiency-level air filtration products, allocation of marketing and business development resources, and the sequencing of product introductions and certification initiatives. Through this layered management structure, Ms. Li focuses on setting overall market direction, approving pricing frameworks, and coordinating cross-functional planning for the U.S. operation, while execution-level research activities and external service provider coordination are managed at the departmental level.Pay:
