About Cooklife:
Cooklife is a cookware brand built around a simple belief: great cookware should be made to last, get better with use, and become part of everyday life. Our focus is cast iron cookware designed for real cooking - from weeknight dinners and weekend breakfasts to outdoor cooking and gatherings with friends and family. As we expand Cooklife in the U.S., we are looking for an entrepreneurial Brand & Growth Manager to help build the brand from the ground up. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. You will have meaningful ownership across brand, content, ecommerce, partnerships, and sales growth in the U.S. market.
What You'll Own:
Brand & Content Develop Cooklife's U.S. brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Build a consistent brand presence across Cooklife.us, social media, marketplaces, creators, and offline touchpoints. Create and manage a U.S.-focused content calendar around cooking, recipes, cast iron education, lifestyle, and product stories. Work with photographers, creators, designers, and other partners to produce high-quality content. DTC & Growth Marketing Own day-to-day growth of Cooklife.us, including merchandising, promotions, product launches, conversion optimization, and customer experience. Develop campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchase. Work with paid media, email/SMS, SEO, affiliate, influencer, and other growth channels. Track performance and turn customer and sales data into actionable growth opportunities. Creators & Community Identify and build relationships with chefs, food creators, home cooks, BBQ/outdoor cooking communities, and relevant influencers. Develop product seeding, UGC, affiliate, and creator collaboration programs. Build an authentic community around cooking rather than simply buying media. Sales & Partnerships Help develop new U.S. sales opportunities across ecommerce, specialty retail, independent stores, distributors, corporate gifting, and other relevant channels. Identify potential partners and actively conduct outreach. Support product presentations, pricing, samples, proposals, and partner follow-up. Represent Cooklife at relevant events, trade shows, pop-ups, and community activities when needed.
Who We're Looking For:
We care more about ownership and execution than a perfect résumé. You may be a strong fit if you: Have 3-7 years of experience in brand marketing, DTC/ecommerce, consumer products, food, cookware, home, or lifestyle categories. Understand how American consumers discover and buy emerging brands. Are comfortable creating content yourself while also managing external creators and agencies. Understand Shopify/DTC fundamentals and basic ecommerce metrics. Can move comfortably between creative brand work and commercial/sales work. Are proactive about reaching out to creators, partners, retailers, and customers. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoy cooking, food culture, cookware, BBQ, outdoor cooking, or home/lifestyle products. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where not everything already has a process.
What Success Looks Like:
In your first 6-12 months, we expect you to help
Cooklife:
Establish a clear and recognizable U.S. brand identity; build a consistent content and creator engine; grow qualified traffic and sales on Cooklife.us; develop a pipeline of partnerships and sales opportunities; and, most importantly, learn what makes American consumers genuinely care about Cooklife.
Why Join Cooklife:
You won't be joining a large marketing department to manage one small piece of a mature brand. You'll have the opportunity to build the U.S. business with us - shaping how the brand looks, sounds, sells, and grows from an early stage. If you love building consumer brands and enjoy turning ideas into things customers can actually see, use, and buy, we'd love to hear from you.
