Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing technology. Experience managing or supporting marketing systems and enterprise platforms. Experience with workflow/project management tools, DAM systems, CMS platforms, content creation tools, and analytics platforms. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment. Experience leading or supporting implementation of new systems across business units. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience:
Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing marketing systems and platforms. Experience collaborating with IT teams, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional business teams. Experience developing training programs, onboarding materials, and best practice documentation. Experience building dashboards and operational KPI reporting views. Experience improving workflows, routing rules, templates, and operational processes. Experience supporting governance, compliance, and data integrity initiatives across marketing systems. Experience supporting change management efforts during process and system transformations.Responsibilities:
Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing systems and platforms. Partner with Global IT, marketing teams, agencies, and platform vendors to ensure seamless integration and scalability. Develop and deliver training materials, onboarding documentation, and best practice guides. Analyze workflows and user behavior to identify operational improvement opportunities. Build dashboards and reporting views to monitor project status, resource utilization, cycle times, and KPIs. Ensure consistent use of marketing systems and adherence to governance standards. Design and maintain workflows, templates, routing rules, and scalable operational frameworks. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system hygiene across platforms. Support organizational change management initiatives related to new systems and workflows. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve marketing operations effectiveness.Should Have:
Experience implementing or administering enterprise marketing systems. Background in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred. Experience working in highly matrixed organizations. Ability to lead cross-functional operational initiatives.Skills:
