ROLE AT A GLANCE
  • This role is responsible for bringing Herbalife's brand strategy and narrative to life through integrated, high-impact campaigns.
The Manager leads campaign development and orchestration from early concept through launch, partnering closely with internal teams, agencies, and regions. This is an activation-focused role, accountable for leading brand direction and translating brand into campaigns that resonate with customers and distributors while scaling globally. The ideal candidate brings both the creative instincts to shape breakthrough campaign ideas and the operational discipline to shepherd them to market — now augmented by AI tools that accelerate production and deepen audience insight.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Lead the development of brand-led campaigns across priority initiatives and moments.
  • Lead cross-functional orchestration of integrated 360-degree marketing plans, aligning stakeholders across creative, media, digital, and regional teams.
  • Support defining brand strategies and leading the translation into clear campaign, messaging, and creative briefs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to activate campaigns across channels and markets.
  • Ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-strategy, and executable at global scale.
  • Orchestrate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support regions in adapting global campaigns without diluting brand intent.
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools to support faster briefs, stronger ideas, and more efficient campaign execution, while maintaining brand quality and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
(Skills, background, and experience required for success) Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing brands, building brand campaigns or integrated marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of health, wellness, or lifestyle brand activation.
  • Experience developing campaigns for both consumer and partner (distributor) audiences.
  • Proven track record managing agencies and orchestrating complex, multi-market campaign workstreams. Skills/Certifications
  • Ability to write strong campaign and creative briefs that inspire great work and provide clear strategic direction.
  • Highly collaborative with experience managing agencies and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve campaign development, streamline creative production, and support more insight-driven decision making.
