As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you'll drive the way we connect with customers to drive engagement across our products, connecting the right user to the right action. You will be focused on informing and implementing a strategic growth roadmap that introduces users to the right products and drives engagement across the entire user journey across onboarding, product adoption, engagement and retention. You'll work closely with teams across product, marketing,, creative and data science to build campaigns, experiments and messaging that increase engagement with our products and services. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York City, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do Own the strategy of lifecycle journeys and campaigns for your product areas: identifying, sizing and prioritizing the opportunities that can result in higher customer engagement. Collaborate with product marketing product, design, data science and content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys Use customer segmentation and data analysis to find opportunities for targeted messaging and personalized experiences Generate hypotheses driven by data to improving marketing performance, design and implement A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise Drive the creative development & iteration pipeline applying takeaways from your A/B What you bring Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 5 + years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or equivalent experience in a data-driven field Analytical approach and experience with related tools/concepts: Excel, A/B testing, relational databases Results oriented approach
  • with the humility, drive, and creativity to get it done Experience with marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation and message testing Familiarity with SQL and / or HTML a plus In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
Base Pay Range:
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $136,000
  • 160,000 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $120,000
  • 141,000 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $106,000
