Impact in this Role As the Field Marketing Director, you will lead the comprehensive field marketing strategy and execution for MISUMI Americas, driving demand generation, brand authority, and customer engagement. You will own the full spectrum of events, community programs, and SWAG initiatives, collaborating closely with the ABM team to deliver high-impact, account-based experiences. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between broader GTM objectives and localized marketing activations, ensuring measurable pipeline growth and ROI across our key engineering and manufacturing segments. What You'll Be Doing Own planning and execution of all corporate and community events (trade shows, summits, customer events, webinars, field activations). Partner with the Director of ABM to plan and execute account-based events and align target-account investment and attribution. Own SWAG program strategy and budget across Sales, Marketing, and internal initiatives. Own event and field marketing performance reporting and ROI analysis; present to the VP of Marketing and executive team. Define and own field marketing strategy, budget, and annual plan aligned to GTM and revenue goals. Partner with the VP of Marketing, CMO, Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and Communications on strategy and execution. Desired Traits 10+ years in field, event, or experiential marketing; B2B technology, manufacturing, or industrial markets preferred. Experience managing outside vendors, agencies, and contractors. Proven budget ownership ($1M+) and track record building a program or function from the ground up. Experience partnering with ABM or account-based marketing teams on target-account events and shared attribution. Executive presence; comfortable presenting strategy and results to C-suite stakeholders. Vendor and agency management experience.
