Brand Manager - CPG We're hiring a Brand Manager to drive growth for a portfolio of established food brands. This role blends brand strategy, P&L management, innovation, and cross‑functional leadership , with hands‑on ownership from insight to in‑market execution. What You'll Do Help set and execute brand strategy across positioning, portfolio, innovation, and activation Manage the brand P&L , including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin performance Use consumer, financial, and market data to identify growth opportunities Lead close‑in innovation and renovation with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations Drive portfolio optimization , including SKU rationalization and mix management Execute integrated marketing plans across media, digital, shopper, and e‑commerce Influence cross‑functional partners to deliver brand and financial results What You Bring Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus 5-7 years of brand management or marketing experience (CPG preferred) Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills Ability to turn insights into action in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence skills Spanish language skills a plus Why This Role Ownership of meaningful, scaled brands Broad exposure across marketing, sales, finance, and operations Strong platform for future senior brand leadership roles #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
