Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading brand and category management initiatives within the Tissue & Towel portfolio, including ownership of dispensing systems strategy and execution. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that a brand's message and image are consistent across all channels and resonate with our target audiences. This role drives commercial success through strategic marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional leadership. The position partners closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and external agencies to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies and best-in-class execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and implements customer marketing strategies and commercial plans to accomplish market and financial objectives Collaborates with Sales, Trade Marketing and retailer customers to identify winning customer and shopper marketing promotions Directs the development and implementation of effective, targeted media including marketing to Hispanic and multicultural consumers Responsible for internal development of effective promotions for retail customers that direct consumers to specific retailers. Leads the selection and implementation of effective promotions that are offered by retail customers. Ensures that all customer marketing programs communications support the brand positioning When appropriate and cost effective, develops and implements customer marketing programs with outside agencies that increase sales with positive return on investment Collaborates with Analytics and Trade Marketing to identify actionable insights, provide category management support and strategic selling stories in support of brand/business objectives Leads the development of customer marketing communications; determines spending and evaluates financial return. Manages the customer marketing (aka field marketing) budget to ensure no unauthorized spending occurs. Tracks and analyzes the business on an on-going basis and recommends course corrections as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within tissue, paper, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries Strong background in brand management, category management, and sales enablement
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
