Full Job Description Job Description:
The Market Manager role is tasked with introducing customers to Sespe Creek Distillery and their innovative portfolio in the Santa Barbara/Ventura County area. This role will interact with On-Premise establishments such as Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs and Hotels along with Off-Premise Retail Liquor Stores. Qualified individuals will possess an entrepreneurial spirit that utilizes proper planning and selling skills to successfully place and execute the Sespe Creek Brands in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Build Sespe Creek Distillery brands - with a particular focus on Silvergrin Vodka and Warbringer Bourbon - by understanding industry trends to educate customers, solve problems and ultimately maximize sales. Plan and implement programs to deliver volume, distribution, and execution KPIs. Create and manage solutions to grow their assigned accounts business, while driving results that deliver brand awareness to customers and consumers. Collaborate with our distributor partners to support in-outlet selling, brand training and execution. Develop mutually valuable relationships with assigned customers, through understanding their key needs and requirements; Maximize potential of Sespe Creek Distillery brands in each account. Serve as the communication lead between key customers, distributors, and internal Sespe Creek Distiller team. Monitor agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with key customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of Beverage Alcohol Industry experience. Strong ability to self-manage and efficiently schedule to achieve results; Excellent planning & organizational skills. Experience building customer relationships and maximizing their sales potential. A valid driver's license. Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends). Willingness to Travel. Candidate must reside in or near the territory.
