Position Type:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field. 5 years of experience in marketing, program management, project management, communications, or related functions. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferences:
Experience in healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare marketing. Familiarity with clinical evidence, value propositions, and customer-centric marketing approaches. Experience working in a global matrix organization. Background supporting executive communications or strategic marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic marketing initiatives by coordinating workstreams supporting the Cancer Care Narrative (CCN) and related marketing transformation efforts. Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business lines, regions, and corporate functions. Track deliverables, identify risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful execution. Serve as a central point of coordination between Marketing, Business Lines, Regional teams, and Communications. Organize workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews. Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and governance processes. Facilitate approvals and ensure adherence to internal review processes. Monitor initiative progress against milestones and business objectives. Prepare status updates for leadership teams. Maintain project documentation and resource plans.
