Essential Job Responsibilities:
Oversee Packet Fusion brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, platforms, and collateral. Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels. Create and maintain a marketing calendar to deliver targeted content. Implement and manage all digital marketing platforms, including SEO, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics (Marketing), video, and social media. Analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement. Maintain a strong understanding of trends, technologies, and buyer priorities across cloud communications, cybersecurity, managed services, digital transformation, and AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, channel vendors, and third-party resources to align marketing strategies. Partner with sales leadership to develop demand-generation programs that support pipeline and revenue goals. Own marketing operations, including Microsoft Dynamics, campaign automation, lead management, reporting, and database quality. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and customer communications. Manage marketing budgets, agencies, contractors, and outside resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead the strategy, promotion, execution, and follow-up for trade shows, webinars, customer events, and partner-sponsored programs. Manage partner and vendor marketing programs, including co-branded campaigns, MDF, events, and performance reporting.
Requirements:
What You Will Bring Demonstrated ability to identify marketing KPIs and measure results. 3-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services. Understanding of how to make updates and maintain web content in WordPress Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) Graphic design capabilities in software such as Canva Proficiency or ability to learn video editing software Ability to craft LinkedIn and other related social media posts to drive brand awareness and validate expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills Foundational knowledge of the logic and mechanics behind search engine optimization (SEO) Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Apollo.
