the craft bar, leveling and career framework, onboarding, playbooks, and review cadence PMMs are held to, wherever they sit. Join every PMM hiring loop and leveling decision alongside the GM, and submit a written craft assessment at review; the GM owns the rating, development plan, and compensation. Chair a recurring product marketing council across the BUs, Marketing, and Sales, where narrative conflicts get resolved. Coach PMMs and product managers on messaging craft. Competitive Intelligence & Analyst Relations Lead and grow the competitive intelligence function, one analyst today and two to three as the practice scales, with coverage mapped to the business units: continuous programs rather than ad hoc battlecards, one framework and one source of truth, and a defensible point of view on where the identity security market moves next. Feed structured win/loss, buyer research, and competitive findings into roadmap and pricing decisions with the CPO and GMs. Own the substance of analyst relations: submissions, briefings, and the evidence base needed to defend Delinea's standing in the major identity and PAM evaluations, with Corporate Comms owning the calendar. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Has owned a platform-level narrative across a multi-product portfolio, including through acquisition integration Deep expertise in cybersecurity or identity management, with demonstrated breadth across at least two of workforce identity, workload and machine identity, and AI security Proven success building narratives and messaging that sales and marketing adopted, contributing to revenue growth, market share, or adoption Strong storytelling skills; able to turn complex security concepts into clear narratives and hold one consistent voice across product lines Has led a distributed product marketing practice through dotted-line authority in a BU or GM-led operating model, not only through direct reports Credible with analysts, press, and CISO-level buyers, with direct experience preparing Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or KuppingerCole submissions and briefings Preferred Qualifications Experience with PAM (Privileged Access Management), Zero Trust, or cloud-native identity solutions Experience marketing non-human identity solutions: secrets management, workload identity, service accounts, or certificate lifecycle management Experience positioning AI-era identity use cases such as agentic AI access, machine-speed authorization, or AI governance Background in competitive markets with strong incumbents; experience repositioning or differentiating against market leaders Experience marketing to US federal or regulated public sector buyers, including FedRAMP-authorized offerings Experience positioning acquired products, including co-branded messaging and standalone-versus-platform narratives Why work at Delinea?
