Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy for a highly technical AI platform. This role is ideal for someone who has operated in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and knows how to turn complex technical products into clear, compelling market narratives. You will work closely with product, sales, engineering, marketing leadership, and company founders to shape how the product is positioned across verticals and buyer personas. The right candidate will be both strategic and hands-on — comfortable developing market narratives, building launch plans, creating sales enablement, interviewing customers, and supporting brand-building campaigns. Key Responsibilities Own product positioning and messaging across core customer segments and verticals. Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, features, and market expansions. Build clear narratives for technical and business buyers. Partner with product, sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align GTM strategy. Develop sales enablement materials, battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and customer-facing content. Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform positioning and campaigns. Support vertical messaging across industries such as healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance, logistics, utilities, and customer support. Translate complex AI/technical product capabilities into business value. Collaborate on creative brand and social campaigns around launches, events, and key industry moments. Help define the product marketing function as the company continues to scale.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or technical software. Proven experience owning product launches from strategy through execution. Strong background in positioning, messaging, GTM planning, and sales enablement. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working closely with product, sales, engineering, and executive stakeholders. Strong writing, storytelling, and customer research skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI, voice AI, conversational AI, contact center software, automation, API-first platforms, or developer tools. Experience marketing to both technical users and business decision-makers. Background building sales enablement programs from scratch. Experience creating vertical-specific messaging. Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS buying cycles. Prior startup or high-growth technology company experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a senior PMM who has helped bring technical products to market, can build messaging from the ground up, and is energized by ambiguity, speed, and ownership. They should be comfortable sitting close to product and engineering while also knowing how to equip sales teams with practical, revenue-driving materials.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $180,000-$250,000 Equity package Opportunity to join a high-growth AI company at an early stage High visibility with senior leadership and founders Significant ownership over product marketing strategy and execution
