Field Marketing Manager Bakers Burgers Inc - 3.6 Riverside, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Analytics Full Job Description Summary Duties & Responsibilities This position is responsible for executing and managing marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive guests and targeted audiences to Bakers Burgers, Inc. restaurants, in-order-to achieve profitability and long-term growth. This position is the primary contact and support within the community. Duties & Responsibilities Major Duties & Responsibilities Works with the VP of Marketing to develop strategic a strategic marketing plan aimed at driving traffic and increasing sales. Implements local marketing initiatives. Partners with Operations team for in-person reviews of restaurants and trading area to determine marketing needs. Manages all fundraisers, donations, and sponsorships within the communities Bakers Burgers, Inc. does business in. Represents Bakers at marketing and community events. Serve as the local brand steward and ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand standards. Audit marketing execution to ensure maximum impact of marketing materials and messaging. Build community goodwill, develop and manage relationships with influential organizations and charity partners on the market. Stay informed of industry trends, competition, and new marketing opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and be able to provide recommendations on results. Provide strategic marketing feedback and make recommendations for new product/existing product opportunities driven by up-to-date and relevant market and competitive research data. Create and proof copy for marketing campaigns. Including the proofing functionality of marketing campaigns. Able to work with graphic designer to give direction and design concept. Other duties as assigned. Special Skills and Duties Operational mindset with solid interpersonal skills. Internally motivated and eager to support and learn. High aptitude for looking at problems as opportunities, then working with others to create unique solutions to solve them. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy. Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, concise language; to demonstrate active listening while engaging with others. Able to clearly communicate strategies that align with business needs and objectives to gain buy-in from stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with other internal departments to create a positive company-wide team effort for marketing programs. Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills and knowledge Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2+ years working experience in a marketing, communications or other related role, preferred. Restaurant, retail, or food service experience preferred. Analytical skills, required. Excellent knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft programs, and social media platforms. Along with proficient level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. InDesign or Photoshop knowledge, preferred. Very strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation. Must be a high-energy people person. Physical environment/working conditions Ability to sit at a desk, use a computer by typing on a keyboard up to 80% of a workday. Ability to use a telephone, talk, listen, and engage in interactive conversation. Ability to stand or walk for up to 50% of a workday. Ability to reach above shoulders 5% of workday. Ability to squat, bend, or kneel 5% of workday. Ability to lift or move 40 pounds. Position is located in an office environment, controlled by central air and heat. Requires interaction with others in the work environment. Position will require visits to restaurant locations, community events, and brand representation throughout the Inland Empire, High Desert, and emerging markets. Available some evenings and weekends as events require. Equipment used Computer, office telephone, copier, printer and general office equipment. Other Must have a clean driving record and ability to provide insurance for personal vehicle up to company requirements. Ability to act in discrete manner in dealing with confidential issues and data. Possess impulse control and frustration tolerance and be able to manage time and multiple competing demands.
