Head of Marketing Location:
Chicago, New York City, San Diego, or Salt Lake City; hybrid
Hours:
Full time
Compensation:
$120,00-$150,000 About this role ReflexAI's Field Marketing & Events Manager shapes and executes ReflexAI's events program with precision and creative excellence across conferences, tradeshows, executive forums, hosted experiences, and virtual events. The role coordinates closely with sales, customer success, product marketing, demand generation, design, and external vendors to ensure every event is executed on time, on brand, and on brief. You'll bring genuine creative instinct to the experience layer: how the brand shows up, how guests move through the experience, the moments that create connection, the swag, the venue details, the run-of-show moments that make an event feel considered rather than assembled. You'll represent ReflexAI on-site with prospects and customers, understanding who our executive audience is and what they care about, and speaking to our work with credibility. What you'll do Partner with the Head of Marketing to translate ReflexAI's positioning and story into field and event experiences, ensuring every touchpoint feels distinct to our brand, wherever we show up. Own end-to-end delivery for all event types: tradeshows, executive forums, hosted dinners, online events and conference activations, including vendor management (booth design/production, shipping, A/V, venues, catering, swag). Own webinar and virtual event production end-to-end: platform setup, registration and reminder flows, speaker prep and tech run-throughs, day-of moderation support, and post-event asset delivery (recording, follow-up email) Turn event briefs into clear plans that align our team on audience, desired outcomes, experience approach, and operational needs with clear owners, deadlines, and dependencies. Maintain the templates and standards that keep quality consistent as the program scales. Work with product marketing and customer success to recruit customers for co-speaking opportunities and coordinate their full participation (travel, run-of-show, prep calls, on-site experience), ensuring they're engaged intentionally. Manage gifting and direct mail programs: ABM outreach coordinated with sales and growth, and thank-you gifts for customers, speakers, and case study contributors — owning vendor selection, curation, and fulfillment logistics so every gift lands with thoughtful timing. Proactively coordinate with sales, product marketing, demand generation, customer success, and design: briefing sales before every event, aligning with demand gen on outreach, keeping stakeholders updated with structured communication, flagging risks early, and ensuring post-event follow-up happens on schedule. Close the loop with clean recaps (actuals vs. plan) and patterns that inform future planning. Requirements for a great fit 5+ years of event marketing or field marketing experience in B2B SaaS A track record of exceptional execution. You anticipate details others miss, build systems that prevent surprises, and stay composed and resourceful when plans change. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a remote environment, managing timelines and stakeholder accountability without a shared office to fall back on Experience managing both tradeshows and high-touch, intimate formats (hosted dinners, roundtables, or executive forums). Experience running webinars or virtual events, including platform management and registration/promotion coordination A genuine creative sensibility for events. You have opinions about what makes an experience memorable and you can articulate them Comfortable and confident representing a brand on-site with prospects and customers Strong written communication: clear enough to brief a vendor, direct enough to flag a risk to your manager Willingness and ability to travel multiple times per year What we offer Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselves Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
