General Description:
•This individual is responsible the development, implementation, and execution of Health Care Provider (HCP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) promotional assets to support the continued growth of theBRUKINSA
® (zanubrutinib) brand. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. •Essential Functions of the job:•+ Work with existing brand partners on theBRUKINSA
brand team to support, develop, and execute pull through of HCP and DTC Assets. + Success working independently to advocate and pull-through brand assets through the PRC process, while demonstrating high levels of communication with existing brand partners. + Manage cross-functional relationships to evaluate and execute projects that support the relationships between HCPs/APA and patients, working with internal teams including Field Teams, Legal, Compliance, Patient Advocacy, Patient Support Services, and Market Access to accomplish project goals. + Develop a thorough command of the clinical data to create promotional messaging/materials consistent with the approved label. + Collaborate with commercial operations / business analytics initiatives to uncover actionable insights and track progress of goals. + Exceptional agency management, including experience and success reviewing marketing briefs, project tracking, accountability, budget management and meeting management. + Manage promotional material development, including distribution, coordination, inventory management and field communications with commercial operations and/or warehouse fulfillment. + Align with promotions team on goals and KPIs for key initiatives/resources. + Organize and represent relevant HCP and DTC promotional materials submitted to the internal promotional review committee, ensuring final materials meet business objectives while also meeting regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. •Required Experience:
•+ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields with 7 plus years of overall relevant experience. + 5 plus years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical (marketing, sales, market research, market access) and/or healthcare industry or equivalent promotional ad agency experience. + Commercial experience with consumer or HCP marketing preferred. + Experience in oncology preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
