This role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and optimize our online presence to maximize customer engagement and sales outcomes. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the internet department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor website traffic and lead generation metrics to optimize performance. Develop and implement strategies to increase online inquiries and conversions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align online efforts with overall store objectives. Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure all online communications and campaigns represent Frontier Ford's brand appropriately. Lead, mentor, and develop the internet department team to meet and exceed targets. Requirements Proven experience in managing internet or digital sales departments, preferably in automotive retail. Strong understanding of web traffic metrics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with CRM and web analytics platforms.
