Role Description The Marketing Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue. They bridge creative branding with data analytics, overseeing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. This role works directly under the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and serves as a key leader within the marketing department. The Marketing Manager will manage and mentor the Marketing Specialist while helping execute strategic marketing campaigns that support the firm's growth objectives, client experience, educational events, seminars, digital presence, and community outreach efforts. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Campaign Management Assist the CMO in executing the company's overall marketing strategy and growth initiatives. Manage day-to-day marketing activities, timelines, and project execution. Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, print, seminars, and community events. Ensure consistency of the Altura Wealth Advisors brand across all marketing materials and communications. Track campaign performance metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership. Help develop and implement systems and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and organization. Seminar and Event Marketing Coordinate marketing and logistics for client events, educational seminars, workshops, and appreciation events. Manage seminar registration tracking, follow-up communication, and attendee experience. Assist with vendor coordination, event preparation, promotional materials, and post-event reporting. Digital Marketing and Content Oversee website updates, email campaigns, social media scheduling, and marketing calendars. Collaborate on creating educational and promotional content aligned with the firm's messaging and compliance requirements. Monitor online presence, reviews, and digital engagement opportunities. Assist with lead nurturing campaigns and automation initiatives. Team Leadership and Management Directly supervise and mentor the Marketing Specialist. Delegate tasks, monitor project completion, and provide accountability and coaching. Help create clear priorities, processes, and performance expectations within the marketing department. Foster a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented team environment. Administrative Compliance and Support Maintain organized marketing records, project documentation, and vendor relationships. Coordinate with compliance and leadership to ensure marketing materials meet industry and regulatory standards. Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, and marketing vendor management as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in marketing (traditional and digital), organization, and project management. Knowledge of Market Research and Data Analysis Experience in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Campaign Management Proficiency in Social Media Management and Email Marketing Tools Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA as well as events in the Bay Area. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or relevant work experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience starting at $90,000 Opportunities for growth and additional compensation.
