Job Description
This role is responsible for Red Bull's Player roster, which consists of professional gamers, esports organizations, and content creators. Working closely with the Gaming Player Marketing team, you'll drive the development of talent strategy, scouting, relationship management, and high-impact activations, serving as the gaming and talent subject matter expert across the organization. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across teams including Advertising, Brand Campaigns, Athlete Marketing, Media Network, Communications, Field Marketing, etc. You'll be expected to build and maintain high-touch relationships with our Players and their teams, while empowering them to bring their ideas and creativity to life. You will also identify emerging talent, develop long-term partnership strategies, and drive new opportunities to maximize the impact of the roster across Red Bull's broader business and marketing objectives.
