$121-$151 Job Summary & Job Duties AMI is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives. This important role is responsible for driving strategic programs to support business growth, developing high-quality marketing content, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. This individual will also be the steward of growing both the external and internal brand of AMI and keeping it aligned with the AMI culture. The Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to effectively position AMI for profitable revenue growth. The right candidate will exhibit a passion for listening and learning, an infectious energy that can motivate others, as well as an unwavering sense of pride and ownership for the work they are doing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Identify attractive target markets, applications, and customer segments
Conduct market and competitive analysis in coordination with Sales and Product Management to support sales positioning and strategy
Develop and execute initiatives to position AMI for expansion into new markets and applications Content Development & Management
Develop, manage, and update marketing content, including: o Datasheets, case studies, and operator manuals o Website and social media content o Presentations and videos o Marketing emails
Ensure all materials clearly communicate technical value propositions to customers
Develop and distribute periodic communications for channel partners and other stakeholders
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and branding across all marketing collateral Digital Marketing & Communications
Manage website content and updates, including SEO and performance optimization, in coordination with website management agency
Execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, and other channels)
Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics Product & Sales Support
Develop strategies appropriate for AMI customers and target markets to launch new products or enter new markets
Lead new product launches through development of messaging and marketing materials while partnering with Sales and Product Management
Collaborate with Sales to develop tools and content that improve customer engagement and win rates
Support Sales with presentations and marketing materials CRM
Manage CRM system including facilitating updates and changes to support usability for Sales and Marketing
Configure systems to provide data streams that can provide useful metrics for Sales and Marketing teams
Be the champion of the CRM performance data and assist the Sales leader in interpreting it as well as strategizing methods to improve sales performance Marketing Operations
Manage logistics and execution of trade shows
Support and at times lead internal branding, company culture development and company celebrations
Work with external partners (e.g., agencies, SEO providers) as needed
Support general marketing activities and projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field
5-8+ years of relevant experience in marketing,
Experience marketing engineered industrial products in B2B markets
Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
Experience creating and managing marketing content
Strong technical writing and content development skills
Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud product suite
Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, hands-on mindset, ability to run a project from start to finish
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial markets such as oil & gas, energy, or chemicals
