Job Description

About
NUVE NUVE
builds smart thermostats and the SaaS platform that powers them. We're a small startup, growing quickly, and building our management team as we go. That means this role comes with real ownership — and real support to help you grow into it. About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our day-to-day marketing execution across social, content, and brand. You'll lead a small, close-knit team of three (Social Media Associate, Graphic Designer, and Clipper), and partner closely with our Videographer Manager so that video and marketing content come together as one seamless effort. This is a great fit for someone early in their management journey. You'll be coached directly by our CEO, especially in your first few months, with the goal of helping you grow steadily into full ownership of the department. We care more about your potential and mindset than a long resume of direct reports. What You'll Own Build and manage the content calendar across social, campaigns, and product launches Set clear daily and weekly priorities for your team, and support their growth along the way Work hand-in-hand with the Videographer Manager to keep content and video aligned Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials Track what's working — engagement, reach, conversion — and adjust as you go Bring solutions along with problems, and use what you've learned before to solve things faster the next time Know when to make the call yourself and when to loop us in — we trust your judgment on your team's day-to-day The Team You'll Lead Social Media Associate — owns day-to-day posting and community engagement Graphic Designer — owns visual assets across campaigns and product marketing Who You'll Partner With The Videographer Manager is a peer, not a direct report, but you'll be in close, regular contact with them. When it's working well, marketing and video feel like one connected effort — not two separate teams doing their own thing. What Success Looks Like Your team has a clear, consistent calendar that supports what the company needs You and the Videographer Manager are visibly in sync, with nothing falling through the cracks Your team knows what's expected of them without needing constant check-ins Recurring issues get resolved a little faster each time You're bringing ideas forward, not just executing what's asked of you What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in marketing, social media, or content — people management experience is a plus, not a requirement A genuine interest in growing into a management role, with openness to feedback and coaching Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling a few things at once A clear communicator who'd rather ask a question early than guess Comfort with a startup environment where things shift and aren't always fully mapped out yet
