We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to lead our fundraising, donor relations, and marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth through innovative campaigns, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and elevate our organization's visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nonprofit excellence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in digital marketing, event planning, and major gift solicitation. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The following position responsibilities are essential functions of the job. Successful job applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with minimal supervision: Develop a donor strategy utilizing data, primarily Salesforce but not limited to Salesforce. This data strategy will include identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major donors, including both current and prospective donors. Take the lead in executing and providing guidance in outreach efforts, such as targeted events, phone calls, letters, emails, etc. Provide oversight to other staff and volunteers. Develop and nurture ongoing relationships as assigned by the Executive Director. Represent Canine Partners at public events and fundraising opportunities in the community. Research, plan, organize, collaborate, and execute all event logistics and activities focused on developing and expanding our community. Design, implement, and manage development plans focused on enhancing corporate and foundation relationships by directing and coordinating activities related to obtaining corporate support. Execute the marketing pieces of each development plan for maximum reach and effectiveness. Create innovative materials to support fundraising activities and marketing strategies. Research and network with other organizations to identify new opportunities. This includes engagement with local media. Prospect key corporations and review corporate profiles that suggest potential relationships due to passion points or corporate giving interests. Establish Website and Social Media content guidelines. Create content and manage Canine Partners of the Rockies' website and social media accounts. Monitor website and social media reach. Document growth/decline in content touches. Experience BA Required Demonstrated success in event planning and major gift solicitation within the nonprofit industry. Extensive database management experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, email marketing platforms (Constant Contact ), and website content management (WordPress). Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and compelling donor communications.
