POSITION SUMMARY
The DTC and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion performance across all digital DTC channels. This role executes ROI-driven, direct-response marketing strategies that generate immediate, measurable results, while continuously optimizing the customer journey, offers, and conversion funnels. This position plays a critical role in scaling our DTC business through data-driven campaign execution, performance marketing, and conversion optimization, working cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales, and Operations, as well as third-party agencies. This role reports to the Director of Strategy and is responsible for executing DTC growth initiatives within the broader enterprise growth roadmap. Strategic revenue targets, portfolio allocation, and brand prioritization are defined at the Growth & Strategy level. This role owns execution and performance delivery within those parameters. (MINIMUMJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing Proven success driving direct-response, ROI-focused campaigns Strong experience with conversion optimization, funnel development, and customer acquisition Demonstrated ability to manage and interpret performance metrics Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceuticals / nutraceutical or dietary supplements, or functional foods Experience scaling DTC or e-commerce operations in high-growth environments Familiarity with integrated martech stacks and optimization strategies Technical & Functional Skills Hands-on experience with: E-commerce platforms and CMS Marketing automation and CRM systems Analytics and reporting tools (GA, dashboards, attribution platforms) Strong understanding of: Paid media and digital acquisition channels Email and lifecycle marketing strategies Testing methodologies and data analysis Familiarity with customer journey mapping and attribution models Leadership & Professional Skills Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to translate data into actionable strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills Organized, execution-focused, and comfortable in fast-paced, growth environmentsWHAT YOU'LL DO
(ESSENTIALJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
) E-Commerce & Revenue Growth Own and optimize DTC e-commerce performance, focusing on revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV) Manage and optimize website merchandising, promotional calendars, and offer strategies Partner with Product and Operations to ensure accurate product launches, pricing, inventory alignment, and fulfillment readiness Drive growth through upsells, cross-sells, bundles, subscriptions, and promotional campaigns Direct Response & Performance Marketing Execute direct-response campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, and on-site channels; brief and hold agency accountable for paid media performance against direct-response objectives Develop and test offers, landing pages, funnels, and promotional messaging Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and campaign profitability Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance to guide optimization decisions; translate agency reporting into actionable optimization recommendations Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email and SMS channels Develop and optimize customer journeys including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, subscription conversion, and win-back flows Implement segmentation strategies to increase engagement and lifetime value Drive measurable improvements in open rates, click-through rates, and repeat purchase behavior through structured testing and optimization Digital Marketing & Channel Management Manage and optimize e-commerce marketing channels including: Paid media (search, social, retargeting) Email & lifecycle marketing Website CRO and on-site personalization Collaborate with Creative and Media teams to ensure messaging aligns with performance goals Support SEO and content initiatives that drive qualified traffic and conversions Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Track and analyze performance using analytics and attribution tools Build and deliver clear, actionable performance reports to marketing leadership Identify insights and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and revenue impact Continuously refine the DTC marketing mix based on data and market feedback Develop scalable reporting systems that provide visibility into DTC performance and contribution to company revenue targets Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Creative teams on assets, offers, and messaging Product and Operations on launches and inventory planning Customer Care on customer insights and feedback loops Ensure marketing initiatives align with brand standards, compliance, and business objectivesWORKING CONDITIONS
