Are you a dynamic leader who thrives on building strong relationships and connecting with a wide range of individuals? 21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a fulltime Territory Aftermarket Manager to join our passionate management team. This position will cover our Burlington CO, Cheyenne Wells CO, and Flagler CO locations.
Compensation Pay:

What Your Day Is Like As a Territory Aftermarket Manager, you will: Lead and manage the Parts and Service Management teams Engage in agtech earlyrecruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with regional schools Monitor technician performance and production to ensure alignment with company goals Optimize CSR utilization and contribute to annual budget planning Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability Drive consistent execution of parts and service processes across your territory Your leadership directly influences productivity, customer experience, and longterm success. What's Needed 3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams Strong knowledge of salary and commissionbased compensation Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Strong computer skills Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards) Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed Ready to Apply?
