Job Description

Fussbally Soccer Family Success Manager Denver, Colorado Full-Time | W-2 Employee $57,000-$65,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses About Fussbally Fussbally is one of Colorado's fastest-growing youth soccer organizations. We serve hundreds of families across the Denver metro area through technical soccer training, leagues, camps, and player development programs.
Our mission is simple:
help children build confidence, athleticism, soccer skills, and a love for the game in a positive environment. We are growing quickly and are looking for an exceptional Family Success Manager to help us create an outstanding experience for every family in our program. About the Role This role is focused on helping families succeed inside the Fussbally program. You will serve as a primary point of contact for many of our families, helping answer questions, solve problems, guide players into the right programs, and ensure families have a great experience throughout their journey with Fussbally. This is not a traditional office job. The position combines office work with regular field presence so you can build relationships directly with players, parents, and coaches.
You will spend approximately:
35-45 hours per week in the office 10-15 hours per week on the field at practices, leagues, camps, and events This role requires a high level of ownership and commitment. Team members in leadership-track positions at Fussbally typically work 50+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities Help families find the right programs, groups, and training opportunities Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Build relationships with players and parents Conduct feedback conversations with families Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience Work closely with coaching staff to ensure player satisfaction Support season renewals and future registrations Help families enroll in future programs and seasons Track customer feedback and identify trends Improve retention and long-term family engagement Represent Fussbally professionally both on the field and in the office Success Metrics You will be evaluated based on: Family retention rates Customer satisfaction Net Promoter Score (NPS) Existing customer revenue growth Season renewal percentages Family engagement and participation Quality of customer feedback and improvement initiatives Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Love working with people Enjoy solving problems Are highly organized Have strong communication skills Are comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary Take ownership rather than waiting for direction Are energized by fast-growing businesses Enjoy sports, youth development, coaching, education, or customer success Preferred Qualifications Customer success experience Sales experience Account management experience Youth sports experience Coaching experience Experience working with families and children Compensation & Benefits $57,000-$65,000 base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time W-2 employment Significant advancement opportunities Direct mentorship from company leadership Opportunity to help shape a rapidly growing organization Growth Opportunity We are not looking for someone who wants a job.
