What You'll Do

• Support all Virtika owned social channels
• Lead social media strategies and content executions, pushing Virtika to be a leader in the rapidly evolving social media space
• Create engaging content in alignment with Virtika's unique brand and customer identities
• Act as customer service point person for all social channels, responding to and fielding concerns
• Check & respond to all comments, social listening, recommendations, community posts, direct messages, shares & tags and follow-up as needed on respective social media platform
• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action
• Help with light design work, create ads and social content
• Drive customer engagement that is unique to Virtika, exceed expectations, and drive brand loyalty What You'll Need
• 2+ years of experience managing social communities (at a consumer brand preferred)
• Experience building and maintaining content & social media strategy and calendar
• Strong experience with social scheduling, publishing, and analytics
• Driven, self-starter who can build and deploy strategic planning and execute tactically
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to create unique, original content
• Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok What We Offer

00/hour, however, compensation offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package.
