We serve many of the nation's largest private equity sponsors, REITs, and asset managers, providing turnkey retrofit solutions across multifamily, senior housing, student housing, and hospitality portfolios nationwide. Position Overview Echelon Energy is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to help scale our demand generation and marketing efforts nationally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, coordinating campaigns, creating content, supporting sales teams, and helping drive measurable business growth in a fast-moving environment. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations to support lead generation, conference execution, CRM campaigns, digital marketing, and overall brand consistency. This is a hands-on role with significant growth opportunity as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Campaign Support Coordinate outbound and inbound marketing campaigns Support lead generation efforts across email, , conferences, and digital channels Assist with CRM campaign management and lead tracking Help improve top-of-funnel conversion and marketing accountability Content & Brand Support Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral Support and website content updates Help maintain brand consistency across all client-facing materials Coordinate photography, video, and creative projects with vendors as needed Sales & Conference Support Coordinate conference logistics, promotional materials, follow-up campaigns, and attendee tracking Support the sales team with proposal formatting, presentations, and marketing assets Help organize client outreach campaigns and follow-up workflows Reporting & Operations Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics Help maintain CRM cleanliness and reporting accuracy Coordinate with outside marketing vendors and consultants Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives Qualifications 2-5 years of marketing, demand generation, business development, or related experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously Experience with HubSpot, , email marketing, or CRM platforms preferred Strong writing and presentation skills Experience in B2B, commercial real estate, construction, SaaS, or related industries is a plus Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail What We're Looking For High ownership mentality Strong work ethic and follow-through Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company Analytical thinker who can connect marketing activity to business results Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary range between $65k - $75k annually plus performance-based annual bonus Bonus opportunity based on company and individual performance Health benefits PTO and company holidays Career growth opportunity within a rapidly growing national company
