This role will focus on learning and managing Facebook ads, creating social media content, building brand awareness, networking with local professionals, and helping generate leads for the company. This is not just a "posting on Instagram" job. We're looking for someone creative, organized, coachable, and motivated to help grow a premium painting brand in Colorado. We're looking for someone creative, organized, coachable, and proactive. Someone who wants to grow with a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Content Creation Capture before/after photos and videos of projects Film and create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Facebook content Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas Write captions and organize content calendar Post consistently across platforms Showcase projects, customer experiences, and company culture Facebook & Social Media Advertising Learn to run Facebook and Instagram ads (training provided) Monitor and analyze ad performance Assist with targeting and budgeting Help improve lead generation campaigns Learn marketing strategies for local service businesses Networking & Relationship Building Build relationships with: Realtors Interior designers Builders Property managers Local business owners Attend networking events when needed Assist with referral and partnership outreach Brand Growth Maintain a strong online presence Assist with Google review campaigns Help improve customer communication and presentation Organize marketing materials and branding assets What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills Coachable and eager to learn Creative mindset Comfortable using social media platforms Organized and dependable Interest in marketing, content creation, or business growth Comfortable filming and editing content on a phone Bonus Skills Canva CapCut Meta Ads Manager Photography or video editing Experience in home services marketing Compensation $20/hour during training $22/hour after training completion Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for raises based on performance Schedule Full-time Location Candidates should ideally live in or near central Denver to support travel throughout our service area, including Aurora, Parker, Littleton, Castle Rock, and surrounding communities.
