We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee sales operations, marketing campaigns, customer service, and scheduling coordination. Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating sales, managing our Shopify website, handling inbound customer inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service Answer inbound sales calls and website inquiries. Provide pricing, product recommendations, and delivery information. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and commercial customers. Ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout the sales process. Operations & Scheduling Schedule deliveries and coordinate with drivers and dispatch. Communicate delivery details and updates to customers. Track orders from purchase through completion. Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. Marketing & Website Management Manage and update the Shopify website. Add products, pricing, photos, and promotional content. Optimize website performance and user experience. Create and manage Google Ads campaigns. Monitor advertising ROI and lead generation. Assist with social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns. Product Knowledge Develop expertise in landscape materials including: Mulch Decorative rock Topsoil Compost Sand & gravel Pavers Retaining wall materials Other landscape products Qualifications 3+ years of sales and customer service experience. Experience managing Shopify websites. Proven experience with Google Ads and digital marketing. Knowledge of landscape materials preferred. Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Excellent phone communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience in landscaping, construction, building materials, or outdoor living industries. Knowledge of local delivery logistics and scheduling.
