This is a marketing-led leadership role for someone who knows that great nightlife isn't just well-run — it's well-promoted. If you understand what makes a 21-29 crowd show up, come back, and tell their friends, and you can pair that instinct with the discipline to run a tight operation, this is your seat. What You'll Do Marketing & Promotions (your primary focus) Own the social media presence across our venues — content, posting cadence, engagement, and growth Design eye-catching promotional content and graphics — Canva and AI-tool skills are a HUGE plus Plan, promote, and execute events, theme nights, and special programming that drive traffic, especially on slower nights Build local partnerships with DJs, promoters, student organizations, and downtown businesses to grow our reach Develop and protect a consistent brand voice and presence across every venue Track what's working — turn turnout, engagement, and sales data into smarter promotion Operations & Team (your supporting focus) Set and tweak the atmosphere — read the room and adjust music, lighting, and energy to match the crowd and keep the night moving Help recruit, hire, and build strong, reliable staff teams Support nightly operations and guest experience across multiple venues Partner with venue leadership to keep quality, service, and standards consistent Contribute to menu, product, and guest-experience ideas Step in to lead the floor when needed What We're Looking For Demonstrated marketing, social media, promotions, or events experience (REQUIRED) Canva, graphic design, and AI-tool knowledge is a HUGE bonus A feel for atmosphere — knowing how music, lighting, and energy shape a room Nightlife, bar, or hospitality experience strongly preferred Someone who genuinely understands and enjoys nightlife culture Strong ability to connect with and market to a 21-29-year-old clientele A self-starter who brings ideas and follows through without being asked Confident, organized, and comfortable leading both staff and guests High emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and professionalism Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic Schedule & Availability Must have open availability, including a marketing/planning workload during daytime hours Required to work high-volume nights: Thursday, Friday, Saturday + special events Typical evening shift: 7:30 PM - 2:30 AM Flexibility to balance promotional planning by day and floor presence by night Compensation & Growth $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience Paid training Real growth potential for the right person who proves they can move the needle
