RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages marketing functions across all offices Supports developing marketing budget Supports goals and initiatives of the Marketing Director Strategize with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies for new and existing clients Assist Preconstruction with government and client forms, and qualifying statements Assign all RFP/RFQ to marketing staff Lead RFP/RFQ proposal efforts from pursuit initiation through submission Lead, coordinate and craft creative RFP/RFQ responses to develop interview content and coach teams Ensure adherence to RFP/RFQ response guidelines Lead document layout and design for written and visual content for project interviews and external presentations Develop unique digital content and printed materials for project pursuit and branding Ensure staff resumes are up to date and tailored for project proposals Coordinate with outside consultants on interview preparation Maintain and archive project interview support material for future use Lead market research to support quality competitive pursuit strategy and planning Understand and share industry data trends Maintain key client and project data Ensure maintenance of accurate and current data in the CRM Review team member deliverables for consistency, relevancy, accuracy, and aesthetics Mentors and trains marketing staff Actively participates in industry and community organizations to support business development initiatives Lead and plan internal and external marketing related events, trade shows and client engagements Management of all marketing merchandise and tradeshow assets Manages client gift process Ensure brand standards are met and consistent across all company materials Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English preferred Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) preferred
EXPERIENCE
10+ years of AEC marketing 3
  • 5 years of experience leading a team
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite Advanced knowledge of standard Marketing and Business Development software, Hootsuite and WordPress preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint required) Advanced technical writing, proofreading, editing and graphic design Advanced knowledge of digital marketing (SEO and Google Analytics required)

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $88,000
  • 128,000 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
