This role provides operational support across multiple store locations and may assume responsibilities at any store level, including Store Manager. The Market Support Manager must be highly adaptable and able to quickly integrate into different store environments to maintain operational performance and customer service standards. Responsibilities Market Coverage Provide temporary coverage for store roles within the assigned market, including Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Step into stores experiencing absenteeism, staffing shortages, or operational spikes. Maintain stable store operations and leadership during coverage assignments. Operational Support Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards. Support sales execution, inventory management, and daily store operations. Assist stores during periods of increased workload or seasonal demand. Training and Team Support Provide hands-on support and coaching for store team members as needed. Reinforce operational standards and best practices. Flexibility Travel between stores within the market as directed by the Market Director of Stores. Adapt quickly to different store teams and operational needs. Qualifications Leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket industry preferred. Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems and parts cataloging. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based parts research. Flexibility to travel within the market and adjust working hours as needed.Leadership Embodies the following values:

Frequently required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and crawl. Frequently required to lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds. Must be capable of moving heavy equipment such as engine blocks and core barrels using appropriate moving aids.
