We're seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Admissions & Marketing Manager to serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families while leading our marketing and community outreach efforts. In this role, you'll help families navigate the admissions process with compassion, build lasting relationships with healthcare partners, and play a key role in growing our community. What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Coordinate admissions from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a seamless experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations. Conduct facility tours and represent Monsignor Bojnowski Manor at networking and community events. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support resident admissions and census growth. Monitor referrals, admissions, and marketing activities while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, business development, customer service, or long-term care preferred. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance verification, and long-term care admissions is a plus. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally for networking and community outreach.
