Marketing Director Direct Hire Onsite Overview Seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive brand awareness, business growth, and client engagement initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategy and execution, partnering closely with leadership and business teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and events Develop brand messaging and marketing materials Track campaign performance and optimize reporting metrics Support business development, growth, and client engagement efforts Manage marketing platforms, automation tools, and communications Mentor junior team members and improve marketing processes Requirements 7+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilities Strong background in campaign management and demand generation Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools Ability to execute while also driving strategy Excellent communication and project management skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
