Job Description
Senior Brand Manager Culturelle Location:
Shelton, CT/USA Join i-Health, a dsm-firmenich company, and help shape the future of digestive health and wellness through one of the most trusted brands in the probiotics category. As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic growth of Culturelle®, a science-backed leader in probiotics and gut health, in a role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving brand vision, portfolio growth, consumer engagement and commercial success across a dynamic and growing category. You will serve as the voice of the consumer while partnering across functions to develop impactful marketing strategies, strengthen category leadership, and deliver sustainable business growth.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Culturelle brand strategy aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, category trends, and competitive dynamics. Lead portfolio strategy, including brand positioning, benefit architecture, pricing, innovation, and channel strategies.
- Own and manage the Culturelle profit and loss performance, partnering across the organization to drive growth and profitability. Develop and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, social, shopper marketing, public relations, retail activation, and healthcare professional channels.
- Partner with Innovation, Science, Customer Marketing, Design, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Utilize consumer insights, market research, syndicated data, and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
- Lead innovation initiatives and support the development of new products, portfolio expansion, packaging modernization, and lifecycle management activities.
- Manage agency partners to ensure delivery of strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You Bring:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing required, with preference for this experience within health, wellness, nutrition, healthcare, or related categories
- Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing others required
- Experience developing and executing brand strategies
- Proven experience managing brands and delivering business growth through strategic marketing initiatives along with strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, syndicated data, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across a matrix organization along with experience managing agency partners and integrated marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
