Job Description

Position Summary Turnberry is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to provide short-term support to the Retail Marketing team during a one-month contract assignment. This role will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, retailer communications, promotions, events, digital programming, and special projects that support traffic, sales, and overall guest engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to quickly integrate into a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Marketing Program Execution Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and consumer engagement initiatives. Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials across various channels. Assist with implementation of seasonal campaigns, retailer activations, and special events. Retailer Relations Serve as a point of contact for retailers regarding marketing opportunities and initiatives. Assist with retailer communications, promotional requests, and event participation. Support onboarding efforts for new retailers, including marketing-related coordination. Event Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of onsite events and experiential activations. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, retailers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Support event logistics, reporting, and post-event recaps. Digital & Content Support Assist with website updates, social media content coordination, and digital programming. Ensure consistency of brand standards across marketing communications. Help maintain marketing calendars and content schedules. Administrative & Project Support Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing recaps. Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines. Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, shopping center, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing environments. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience supporting events, promotions, digital marketing, and retailer partnerships preferred.
