Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our market presence, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics will be key to elevating our brand in a competitive landscape. Duties Design and implement multichannel marketing strategies encompassing digital, social media, print, and advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Manage content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, overseeing blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content that resonate with diverse audiences. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and visibility. Coordinate advertising sales initiatives across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising channels to boost campaign performance. Oversee marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure ROI, identify trends, and inform future strategies. Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates while managing budgets effectively. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Strong background in content marketing, copywriting, and research to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets and managing branding elements. Familiarity with WordPress, HTML basics, and e-commerce platforms to support website updates and online sales initiatives. Demonstrated success in B2B marketing environments with a focus on lead generation and sales support. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making. Experience managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords with proven results in increasing engagement or conversions. $75,000.00 - $85,068.07 per year
