In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and engage with our online community to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your expertise in social media management, digital marketing strategies, and creative content creation will be instrumental in shaping our online identity and expanding our reach. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and lead impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Pay raises past $20 are possible after some proof of concept. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers. Serve as a Game Master for Escape Room Games & Events. Create high-quality visual and written content using Adobe Products, "Vids", Canva and other creative apps to align with branding guidelines. Manage social media scheduling and posting using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities for continuous improvement. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI. Collaborate to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and relationship management. Oversee photography, video editing, and graphic design projects to produce engaging multimedia content for various campaigns. Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring proofread quality control for all published materials. Optional Help Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach. Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics. Experience Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative apps Hands-on experience managing social media management tools such as but not limited to Hootsuite or Buffer. Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns or other paid social media advertising initiatives. Strong understanding of public relations principles and relationship management strategies. Ability to create compelling content including photography and video editing tailored for digital audiences. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital branding strategies is a plus.
