About the Role A year from now, our listings will be backed by professional photos, polished video walkthroughs, aerial drone footage, and a social presence that turns heads. You'll also be the production engine behind our webinars — handling the tech, setup, recording, and behind-the-scenes coordination that makes them run smoothly.
This role touches everything:
content creation, production, travel, and day-to-day hustle. You'll own it all. What You'll Do Plan and execute photo and video shoots for all Treviso listings — operating camera equipment and managing on-site production independently. Fly and operate a drone for aerial property footage (FAA Part 107 required or obtainable within 60 days of hire). Edit photos, videos, and reels to a polished, market-ready standard. Produce and technically manage Treviso webinars — handling setup, broadcast, recording, and behind-the-scenes coordination so they run without a hitch. Travel several times per year within the U.S. and Canada for events, conferences, or company initiatives. Manage and grow Treviso's social media presence with consistent, on-brand content. Bring new marketing ideas to the table regularly — and own them from concept through execution. Use AI tools to streamline content creation, copy, and marketing workflows. Juggle multiple active projects and listing timelines simultaneously without dropping the ball. Track performance of marketing efforts and share what's working (and what isn't).
What We're Looking For Required:
2-3+ years in a marketing role with real ownership — not just assisting. Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless) for photo and video. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent). FAA Part 107 drone pilot certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain it within 60 days. Comfortable managing the technical production of live webinars or virtual events (behind the scenes, not on camera). Valid passport or ability to travel to Canada as needed (a few times per year). Tech-savvy with strong command of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience using AI tools to support marketing and content workflows. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without constant direction. Eager to learn — we'll teach you what you don't know if you bring the drive.
Preferred:
Background in real estate marketing or property photography. Familiarity with MLS listing platforms and real estate marketing standards. Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar). Experience producing or technically running webinars on platforms like Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar. Our Environment We move fast.
