Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy American Heritage Financial 3155 Gateway Lane Position Overview American Heritage Financial is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead and elevate our marketing efforts as we continue to grow. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support advisor growth, enhance client engagement, and position our firm as a trusted leader in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns, building strong brands, and managing multiple projects and stakeholders. This individual will collaborate closely with firm leadership while overseeing marketing initiatives across digital, social, print, events, and advisor-facing communications. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing and brand strategy. Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Lead social media strategy, content planning, and brand messaging. Collaborate with advisors to support their marketing efforts while maintaining brand consistency and compliance standards. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, creative partners, and industry resources. Oversee website content, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and client communications. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support recruitment, advisor growth initiatives, client retention efforts, and community engagement activities. Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of marketing leadership experience. Proven success developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and marketing analytics. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal, or other regulated industries is preferred. Proficiency with marketing platforms and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
