Position Summary JBPro is seeking an experienced Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the company's proposal operations and broader marketing program. This position will assist in managing the RFQ/RFP process while developing company-wide strategies to strengthen JBPro's brand, website, digital presence, marketing materials, and market positioning. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who can identify opportunities, implement improvements, advise leadership, and coordinate initiatives across departments. This role requires the ability to balance immediate proposal deadlines with long-term marketing priorities. What You'll Do Lead the full RFQ/RFP process, including strategy, schedules, assignments, content development, reviews, compliance, design, and submission. Coordinate with project managers and department leaders to obtain accurate information and maintain accountability for deadlines. Develop persuasive, client-focused proposals that clearly communicate JBPro's qualifications and differentiators. Maintain and improve proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and reusable content. Develop and implement a company-wide marketing strategy aligned with business development and growth goals. Evaluate current marketing efforts, identify gaps, and lead improvements across departments, offices, and service lines. Own JBPro's brand standards, messaging, website content, social media, digital marketing, and marketing collateral. Lead campaigns, award submissions, public relations, presentations, photography, and company communications. Track proposal and marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results. Manage outside marketing vendors and partner with leadership, Business Development, and HR on related initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree. At least five years of marketing, proposal management, or communications experience. Experience leading marketing initiatives and complex, deadline-driven proposals from strategy through completion. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, document-design, and project-management skills. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Strategic judgment with the ability to identify needs, recommend solutions, and independently implement improvements. Confidence advising senior leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams, and holding contributors accountable. Experience with branding, websites, social media, digital content, campaigns, and marketing performance tracking.
