This position will work closely with sales, product development, and senior leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support product launches, and drive sales growth. The Product Marketing Manager will also lead and develop our marketing team, oversee department priorities and resources, and ensure consistent, accurate messaging across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities, using those insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, trade shows, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align product features, customer preferences, sales strategies, and marketing messaging. Lead the positioning and launch of new products and collections, including messaging, collateral, samples, digital content, and sales support. Create and oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, sales presentations, website content, advertisements, and dealer-facing materials. Manage, coach, and develop the marketing team by establishing priorities, assigning projects, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing feedback and support. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across product launches, advertising, samples, trade shows, digital campaigns, and dealer-support programs. Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, product training, and messaging that enable representatives to confidently promote LW Flooring products. Oversee the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate, current, engaging, and optimized for performance. Establish, monitor, and analyze key marketing performance indicators, including website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, customer engagement, and trade show return on investment. Maintain organized project timelines and ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule. Ensure all required product and marketing-related certificates remain current and are renewed on time. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Prior hard-surface flooring industry experience is required. Demonstrated experience successfully managing, coaching, and developing a small team. Experience developing and executing product marketing strategies and product launches. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product information into clear and compelling marketing messages. Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience developing and managing marketing budgets. Proficiency with marketing, website, social media, and performance-reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
