Field Marketing Manager We're seeking a motivated leader to help build and manage a high-performing field team. If you enjoy developing people, driving results, and creating a positive team culture, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members Lead and support a team of canvassers Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
